Vector Memorandum of Understanding
Overview
The Vector Transmission Code (VTC) provides for Gas Industry Co to act as the
appeals body under the VTC code change process. To provide greater certainty
and transparency on how this role will be performed and, in particular, how Gas
Industry Co will work with Vector Gas Ltd (Vector) and parties appealing
decisions made by Vector in relation to VTC Change Requests, the following
Memorandum of Understanding between Gas Industry Co and Vector has been
developed.
