The purpose of the workshop was to review and discuss a number of proposed changes to the statement of proposal which was issued in August 2007. The agenda included:
- a revised approach to cash-out of imbalances based on existing processes;
- allocation of imbalances to shippers downstream of welded points;
- derivation of gas contingency price and consideration of alternatives;
- avoiding deadlocks in OCMP preparation & approvals;
- standardising terminology across work streams;
- funding and cost allocation; and
- timetable and next steps.
