MDL Memorandum of Understanding
Overview
The Maui Pipeline Operating Code (MPOC) provides for Gas Industry Company to make recommendations in respect of MPOC Change Requests (sections 29.4 and 29.5). To provide greater certainty and transparency on how these roles will be performed and, in particular, how Gas Industry Co will work with Maui Development Limited (MDL) and parties seeking amendments to the MPOC, the following Memorandum of Understanding between Gas Industry Co and MDL has been developed.
