Proposed guideline for application of gas billing factors

Submissions are invited on a proposed guideline note on the derivation, use, and management of gas billing factors. The paper also seeks feedback on the possibility of establishing a common temperature dataset for use by all retailers.  The document is published as a Word document, so that submitters can tract suggested changes directly into the proposed guideline note.
