Gas Industry Co Board Decision-Making

The Gas Industry Co Board recognises the need to take due account of the legal principles relating to predetermination and bias. The requirements of those principles will need to be determined over time in the context of the Company’s co-regulatory role and the statutory requirement for the Company to be broadly inclusive of industry participants, but to also have a majority of independent directors.
