FY2013 Co-regulatory Forum, Strategy and Levy Consultation
Gas Industry Co is preparing its Work Programme for the year ending 30 June 2013 (FY2013) and updating our Strategic Plan, covering the financial years 2013-2015. Between these two documents we aim to capture the strategic goals and the work requirements to deliver on our role as the industry body, in essence:
• seeking competition, efficiency and reliability in the delivery of gas to consumers; and
• delivering effective reporting on the current state and performance of the gas industry.
Vector Pipeline Capacity Consultation
Vector Ltd has commenced a comprehensive consultation with industry participants as part of its process to determine available pipeline capacity, particularly as it relates to the North Pipeline.

Gas Industry Co Co-regulatory Forum
Following the FY2010 levy round, Gas Industry Co had requests for earlier engagement on its strategic priorities during the FY2011 levy process from both levy payers and officials. The purpose of the forum is to obtain earlier industry engagement by giving pariticpants the oporutunity to give feedback to Gas Industry Co on their assessment of the strategic priorities.
The forum will be held on 10 November, from 1pm to 4pm, at Gas Industry Co's offices.
Recommendation to the Minister of Energy on minor amendments to the Gas (Downstream Reconciliation) Rules 2008
Under section 43O of the Gas Act 1992 Gas Industry Co must, no later than 10 working days after making a recommendation to the Minister of Energy on gas governance arrangements, publicise that recommendation.
